Suggest a park, trail, event or story

Tell us what makes the place or event useful to a traveller and where the current primary information lives. A good tip includes the official name, location, operator or organiser, relevant dates and the specific question the page should answer.

First-hand experience helps us understand what to investigate, but it does not replace current rules or official warnings. Please say what you observed, when you observed it and whether we may quote or attribute your contribution.

Report a problem with a Trip Tool

Include the tool URL, the place or values entered, the time of the test, the browser or device and the result you expected. Do not send payment details, passwords or precise personal location data that is not needed to reproduce the problem.

Maps, weather, transport, daylight and currency tools depend on named third-party data services. We can fix our interface and explain a limitation, but we cannot alter an operator timetable, a collaborative map record or a provider's forecast.

Promote a park, sporting event or travel project

We consider venue profiles, event guides, interviews, destination explainers and sponsored features when there is a useful reader question to answer. Commercial support is disclosed where the reader encounters it. A partner cannot buy an undisclosed recommendation or a guaranteed search position.

A useful enquiry includes the project URL, audience, location, dates, available primary material and the practical traveller question you want to solve. We will explain whether the idea fits editorial coverage, clearly labelled commercial work or neither.

What we cannot do

We do not sell tickets, change a booking, confirm that a course is open or make an activity safe for a particular participant. Contact the operator named on your confirmation for booking, equipment, medical, access and same-day operational questions.

We also cannot promise publication, positive coverage or a particular audience response. The editorial policy explains how we separate reporting, guidance and sponsored work.

Privacy and response expectations

The contact form stores the name, email, selected topic and message as a private WordPress record and attempts to email the configured site administrator. The Privacy Policy explains retention, service requests and your choices.

We read messages sent through the form, but response time depends on the evidence and work involved. Urgent safety or booking issues must go directly to the relevant operator, emergency service or public authority.
